Aspiring journalists are being given the chance to join our Young Norfolk Daily Press team which will report on a special festival celebrating young people and the arts.
The Young Norfolk Arts Festival will return for a third year next summer, and the Eastern Daily Press is looking for 10 dynamic and ambitious would-be journalists aged 16 to 18 to take part in a project that will see them create two supplements about the festival.
It will be the second year the EDP has run the Young Norfolk Daily Press project and all sixth forms have been sent details of how their students can apply to take part.

Tim Williams, managing editor for EDP publisher Archant Norfolk, said: 'We were really impressed by our brilliant and talented 2014 Young Norfolk Daily Press team who created two great supplements about this year's Young Norfolk Arts Festival.
'Now we hope to hear from lots more budding young journalists who want to follow in their footsteps and gain valuable experience in the media.'
Lucy Farrant, Young Norfolk Arts Festival coordinator, said: 'We need young people who are enthusiastic, committed, and interested in the arts, and who want to make the most of this wonderful opportunity from the EDP.'
Young people will be given the chance to take on the roles of reporters, page designers, photographers, digital specialists and sales specialists, and they will be given training by EDP staff. They will attend weekly sessions at the EDP's Norwich head office and put together two supplements which will be published in the EDP.
The first edition will report on what will be happening in this year's festival and be published on Tuesday, March 24.
Then throughout the festival the team will attend a wide variety of events and their reports and photos will be included in a second edition of the Young Norfolk Daily Press which will be published on Tuesday, July 7.

• All young people aged 16 to 18 who are living in Norfolk are welcome to apply. The deadline to apply for a role in the 2015 Young Norfolk Daily Press team is Friday, December 12.
Those who are shortlisted will be asked to attend an interview on Friday, January 9.
