A cyclist has died at the scene of what police have described as 'an incident' in Norwich.
Emergency crews were called to Watton Road, between the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital traffic lights and the Spire Hospital traffic lights at around 3.15pm on Monday.
They were called to reports a cyclist had collapsed at the side of the road between the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and The Spire Hospital traffic lights.
The casualty, a man in his 40s, was still being treated at the scene around an hour later, and multiple road closures were in place.
Police said they had received reports that a cyclist had 'fallen from their bike'.
Police are trying to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident, and appealed for anyone who may have seen the cyclist in the area between 2.45pm and 3.15pm to contact them.
