Trains between Norwich and Great Yarmouth are on hold for a second day because of a lack of trains.
It means that the region's rail operator Greater Anglia will cancel 105 trains on Friday.
Services between Ipswich and Felixstowe and Sudbury and Marks Tey are also suspended because of Greater Anglia not having enough trains.
It is the first time services on entire lines have been suspended because of a lack of trains.
Greater Anglia says that shortage has been caused by too many trains needing repairs.
Great Yarmouth MP Brandon Lewis has branded the cancellations of so many services a 'disgrace'.
The Norwich-Yarmouth line is expected to be without trains until the end of Sunday. Buses are replacing trains.
