Village halls, sports clubs and community services have been awarded a share of almost £40,000, through a West Norfolk Council scheme.
Fifteen groups have received grants ranging from £600 to £8,000 that can go towards their running costs, buying new equipment or a building refurbishment.
The West Norfolk Riding for the Disabled Association is among the list of recipients and has been awarded £2,500. This will help the 115 riders who use the Magpie Centre at Wallington Hall in Runcton Holme, near King's Lynn.
Natalie Dade, yard manager, said: 'Any funding we receive goes a long way and helps keeps us going. We're hugely grateful for the support. It will go towards new equipment, maintaining the horses and our running costs – it all helps to keep us going.'
The full list includes:-
• King's Lynn Film Festival - £1,000
• King's Lynn FoodBank - £2,000
• Methwold Community Action Group - £950

This set of successful groups and organisations applied for the grants when the scheme relaunched in September last year.
The scheme has opened a second round and will be accepting funding applications until 5pm on February 5.
Elizabeth Nockolds, West Norfolk Council's cabinet member for culture, heritage and health, said: 'We're also pleased that such a wide range of groups applied for funding, and that we had such a strong field of applications to choose from.'
