Two people have been cut out of vehicles after a collision on the A134 near Thetford.
An ambulance spokesman said a woman in her 80s was trapped in a green Vauxhall Corsa, and has suffered leg injuries after the incident at Two Mile Bottom at around 2.20pm.
A man in his 30s was also trapped in a white Ford Transit but did not need treatment.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the incident, along with two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and two ambulance officers.
A spokesman for Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said appliances from Brandon and Attleborough had also been called.
Norfolk Police closed the road while recovery took place.
