A driver has being caught at nearly four times the legal limit, police have said.
Broadland Police tweeted at 6.14am that the man had a reading of 102 microgrammes when breathalysed at the roadside.
They said he then recorded 120 when in custody.
The legal limit for alcohol is 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath.
Police sergeant Mark Shepherd tweeted: 'Unbelievable. What can you say? At least he didn't kill someone. No excuse.'
One man has been arrested.
