Pupils from schools across the county are in fine voice as they take to the stage at Norwich's St Andrew's Hall this week.
The historic venue is hosting the school choirs element of this year's Norfolk County Music Festival.
Today about 370 children sang in the first day of the school choirs performances, and there will be more performances tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday.
In total nearly 2,600 children from about 50 school choirs will be performing over the four days.
Festival development officer Laura Middleton said today's young singers gave amazing performances.
She said: 'The event was lively, full of action and very well rehearsed. It was just very impressive.'
She said pupils sang everything from songs from The Jungle Book and The Sound of Music to songs with strong environmental messages.
This year's Norfolk County Music Festival kicked off on February 29 and will run until this Friday.
About 4,000 musicians, singers and performers are taking part in the celebration of music at various venues around the city.
Other festival events taking place this week include a jazz, pop, rock and brass night at City of Norwich School tomorrow night and a whole class instrumental event at the Central Baptist Church in Duke Street on Friday.
The festival was founded in 1925 and aims to support amateur musicians and singers of all ages by giving them the chance to perform in public and to receive positive advice from professional adjudicators.
