Here is part two of our guide to where you can try Olympic sports in Norfolk with the games now in full swing.
•Equestrian
Kimblewick Equestrian Centre in North Tuddenham offer a variety of classes for novices and experienced riders including show jumping and dressage.
Assessments for riders start at £15 for children and £17 for adults.
•Fencing
Norfolk Fencing Club based at the University of East Anglia offer a six week beginners course to fencing.
The course gives information on all aspects of the sport including the weapons, stance and footwork.
•Field hockey
Back to hockey sessions are being held throughout the year at the Taverham Recreation Ground on Wednesday evenings.
The sessions include coaching to improve your skills and match play.
•Football
Unlike some Olympic sports, there is not a shortage of places and clubs to play football in the county.
There are plenty of clubs looking for new players and artificial pitches you can hire to have a kick about with your friends.
•Golf
Sprowston Manor Golf Club holds 'Get Into Golf' sessions for beginners or people who want to get back into the swing of the sport.
The course offers step by step introduction to the basics of golf, from grip and posture to golf etiquette and how to progress onto playing the full game.
•Gymnastics
The Norfolk Academy of Gymnastics has a wide range of classes for gymnasts of all abilities including recreational and pre-school classes.
The academy is known for producing talented gymnasts with a number medaling at a national level.
•Handball
The Norwich Handball based at the Wensum Sports Centre are holding sessions every Saturday morning to build teams ready for this year's county championships.
And there is no problem if you have not played before, beginners are welcome.
•Judo
Wymondham Judo Club, home to a number of England squad members, welcome anyone interested in judo whatever your age or ability.
There is currently a waiting list for under-16s, but adults are welcome to come along at any time.
•Marathon Swimming
Fritton Lake hosts weekly open water swimming sessions where you can swim as far as you like during the two and a half hour sessions.
Registration costs £10 and swimmers are encouraged to wear wetsuits which can be hired at the centre.
•Rowing
Norwich Rowing Club are holding a rowing taster session on August 20 at Trowse.
The sessions costs £10 and lasts for two hours with all ages welcome to join in.
•On Friday we will be have the final instalment and will be looking at sports including rugby sevens, shooting and table tennis.
