A 48-year-old man arrested over a fatal hit and run in May has been re-bailed by police.
The Suffolk man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after 42-year-old Shane Lay was killed in the early hours of the morning on May 13.
Mr Lay was walking his dog on Bridge Street in Bungay when it happened, and his death sparked a police hunt for the driver of the Nissan Qashqai which did not stop at the scene.
Police later found the Qashqai and are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the hit and run.
The man must now return to police on October 31.
