Norwich City goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely put Canaries goalkeepers John Ruddy, Paul Jones and Ben Killip through their paces with a game of Spikeball.
Kiely teamed up with City youngster Ben Killip to take on senior goalkeepers John Ruddy and Paul Jones in a training drill known as Spikeball.
Spikeball requires two pairs to stand on opposite sides of a trampoline and the aim is to stop the ball touching the ground.
After the serve, the teams are allowed a maximum of three touches before the ball needs to hit the trampoline again.
Norwich City tweeted the video on Saturday, posting: 'Our drone captured this unbelievable rally in @deankiely40's innovative goalkeeper drill, Spikeball!'
Former Irish international goalkeeper Dean Kiely tweeted: 'Top warm up for the GK's, working on speed, agility, reactions. @BenKillip95 and myself won this epic battle!'
