Warm tributes have been paid to two brothers who were killed in a crash at Horsham St Faith.
Shane and Sam Nobbs, who were both in their 20s and from the Norwich area, had been travelling in a black Honda Civic along the A140 when the car was involved in a crash with a red LDV Maxus at about 8am on Saturday.
Several bunches of flowers and two cans of beer have been placed on the side of the road in tribute to the brothers, who both died at the scene of the collision.
The driver of the LDV van was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and was said to be in a 'critical but stable condition' on Saturday. People who knew the brothers have paid tribute on Facebook and Twitter. They included Mollie Annabelle, who said: 'RIP to two lovely lads who will be greatly missed.' Louis Kerton posted: 'RIP Shane & Sam Nobbs. Gone too soon, thoughts are with your family and friends. Stay golden boys & look after each other x rip x'
Charlie Marrison said: 'You always hear that things like this happen, but you never expect it to be your friends. In absolute shock. Rest in peace Shane Nobbs and Sam Nobbs. It was always 'Shane and Sam' or 'Sam and Shane' at least you were with each other.'
Codie Henderson said: 'I really can't believe it RIP Shane & Sam Nobbs. Poor lads. Will be missed.'
Trent Robert Arthurton said: 'R.i.p Shane Nobbs Sam Nobbs, still can't believe it, will be missed by a lot of people.'
The Rev Keith Rengert, rector of Spixworth, Crostwick and Horsham St Faith, offered his condolences and said the local church was open to all who would like a quiet place for prayer and reflection.
He said: 'I am shocked and saddened to hear of the incident on the A140 on Saturday. As the parish church our heartfelt condolences go out to all involved in this awful event. They are all very much in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
'The church at Horsham St Faith is open during the day for any who wish to use its' quiet space for prayer, reflection and to light a candle.'
