Santa's log cabin Post Office in Great Yarmouth's Market Place was definitely the 'place to go' at the weekend.

More than 200 children wrote their Christmas letter to Father Christmas over the two days with 147 families visitingthe post office.

The Town Centre Partnership opened the Magical Santa's Post Office where elves help children of all ages write their letter to Father Christmas using festive headed paper. The children decorate their letter and post it in Santa's Enchanted Post Box and watch its route to Lapland on a magic map!

The Post Office is open Saturdays 10am-3pm, Sundays 11am-3pm, Wednesdays 4pm-7pm. From Monday, December 19 to Christmas Eve it will be open 10am-3pm.
