The much-loved busker, whose real name was Anthony Bowen, was pronounced dead after suffering a cardiac arrest on Monday.
Today West Norfolk funeral directors AJ Coggles said it had offered to arrange his funeral free of charge.
John Coggles from the firm said: 'To avoid the possibility of it being a council funeral with no service, we have offered our services free of charge. Costs will only be for the church fees and grave preparation and any other disbursements.
'Being the character that Juggling Jim was within King's Lynn and West Norfolk, we would not like to see that happen, he deserves a dignified funeral. We are sure there will be many, who will wish to pay their last respects.
'His funeral is not yet arranged, but will possibly take place at the Kings Lynn Minster, followed by private burial, along with his dad.'
Today it also emerged that Juggling Jim died days after his father, Leonard Bowen, who passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on January 4.
Mr Coggles said arrangements were under way for Mr Bowen to be buried at Gayton churchyard.
A makeshift shrine appeared at Juggling Jim's favourite busking pitch, in King's Lynn's High Street, as news of his death broke yesterday.
Tributes also poured in on social media for one of the town's best-known characters.
