A Great Yarmouth bank has announced it will only open three days a week from June this year.
The Royal Bank of Scotland branch on Hall Quay currently opens from 10am until 3.30pm Monday to Friday. However, from June 5, its opening hours will change to 10am until 4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, closing on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
However, a spokesman for the bank says 'digital skills coaching' will be offered to customers to make up for this.
They said: 'We know that not all of our customers are comfortable or familiar with using online or mobile banking, so we have provided focused training for our Branch teams who will support our customers with digital skills coaching.
'We have made these decisions following careful consideration of a wide range of factors including branch usage and the alternative ways our customers can bank with us locally.'
