Officers pulled over the white van whilst they were on a night patrol in the South Norfolk town.
They found that the driver had no licence or insurance, so he was reported for these offences and the vehicle was seized.
Anyone convicted of driving without a licence will pick up between three and six penalty points and a fine of up to £1,000. They can also be banned from driving for a fixed amount of time.
Driving without insurance can mean six to eight penalty points and a fine of up to £5,000 from the courts.
Roads policing officers over the border in the Waveney Valley also had a busy shift last night.
One team arrested a driver they pulled over after they failed a drug wipe test and were also found in possession of herbal cannabis in Lowestoft.
And a woman was arrested for drink driving in nearby Beccles, after police received a tip-off from a member of the public.
