There is no need for youngsters in south Norfolk to sit at home bored over the Easter holidays - everything from roller skating to arts and crafts are on the programme of a series of Kids' Camps.
The South Norfolk Council-run Ofsted-registered activity days take place between April 3 and April 13 at Long Stratton and Wymondham leisure centres from 8.15am to 5.45pm. Yvonne Bendle, the council's wellbeing and early intervention cabinet member, said: 'Kids Camp is a great way to give young people an opportunity to try new things.
'The activities suit all ages and all abilities – it's just about having fun, learning new skills and spending time with friends.'
The activities are designed for children aged from five to 15. The cost is £12.50 for half a day and £25 for a full day. Childcare vouchers from various providers are accepted for Kids Camp bookings. For more information visit www.south-norfolk.gov.uk/kids-camp
