The British Red Cross is looking for volunteers to help with collections at a Great Yarmouth supermarket to raise money for its vital local services.
The charity is asking people to give two hours of their time at either 9am-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm or 3pm-5pm to help with a bucket collection at Sainsbury's on St Nicholas Road on Saturday, April 18
Senior community fundraiser for the charity, Paul Fleet, said: 'I am hoping the people of Great Yarmouth would like to get involved with this collection and support the local work of British Red Cross.
'Many people think the British Red Cross are an international charity and are unaware of the vital local service we provide. As well as helping with emergency support such as the flooding, we provide a mobility aids service and help at home support for elderly people in Yarmouth.'
