Access has been restored to Norfolk County Council's website after problems earlier today.
The wesbite, www.norfolk.gov.uk , was not loading and an error message was being shown. There were also problems with public computers at libraries but the issues were not related to recent cyber-attacks.
A spokesperson for Norfolk County Council said: 'We have been working to restore access to our website and the public computers in libraries after an issue was identified earlier today.
'Services are now coming back online and we anticipate all services will be restored during the afternoon. The next step is to replace the legacy storage hardware component with new equipment which is awaiting installation. The outage was not related to recent cyber-attacks.'
