Have you lost a tortoise in the Great Yarmouth area?
That is the question being posed by the Norfolk Tortoise Club after one of the slow moving reptiles was found in a village near the town over a month ago.
At the end of April the club appealed to find the owner of the elderly male tortoise.
However the tortoise has not yet been reunited with its owner and the club fears that as its owner may also be elderly they have not noticed appeals on the internet.
The club will not reveal any more details on the animal.
Anyone who thinks the tortoise belongs to them should call 07455 128860.
The Norfolk Tortoise Club offers rehoming and events throughout the year including health checks and microchips.
