Former pupils of a Watton high school are being urged to join a new alumni group to help current students achieve their career aspirations.
Wayland Academy Norfolk - formerly known as Wayland Community High School - is inviting alumni to speak to pupils face-to-face as well as sharing stories on a website and magazine for pupils and parents. There will also be opportunities for alumni to play a role in mentoring and supporting pupils.
The group is linked to a wider campaign from the academy called Inspire Wayland, which aims to inspire the success of current and future generations at the school.
Glen Allott,Wayland Academy Norfolk principal, said: I hope that lots of former students will come forward and help support and encourage the success of the current generation.'
