Daredevil fundraisers raised £5,000 for a sight loss charity after speeding along a zip wire off a Welsh mountain.
Some 20 people from Norfolk, including former Norwich City footballer Jeremy Goss, took part in the challenge in aid of the Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind (NNAB).
Charity staff, volunteers and supporters joined him for the extreme challenge.
The fundraisers launched themselves from a 500ft high platform and reached speeds of 100mph as they tackled Europe's longest, and the world's fastest, zip wire at Penrhyn Quarry at Bethesda in north Wales.
Mr Goss said: 'We are delighted that so many stepped forward to take up the challenge, and despite a few nerves, everyone was exhilarated by the experience.
'We are incredibly grateful to all those who took part, as well as the individuals and business who sponsored the participants.'
