Talents students will be recognised for their hard work and dedication at East Coast College's annual Celebration of Achievement event.
Originally a Lowestoft College event, this is the first awards ceremony held by East Coast College following the merger of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth colleges.
Twenty students from across both campuses have been nominated by their tutors and other staff members for their commitment to learning. Many have had to overcome obstacles or balance college with work and family life, but have continued to surpass their tutors' expectations.
The students have been invited to a special ceremony at the Zest Rooms at Potters Leisure Resort in Hopton on Tuesday, June 20, where they will reflect on and celebrate their achievements with fellow students, college staff, family, friends and local businesses and employers who have sponsored the categories.
And at the end of the night the overall winner, picked by Archant's coastal editor Anne Edwards, will be revealed.
