Three more homes will be built on a new housing development in Mileham in a joint venture between Breckland Council and developers The Land Group.
They will be built alongside the 11 homes which were recently completed on Burghwood Drive, in the village near Dereham, and will again be delivered by the Breckland Bridge partnership.
Work on the three new houses, which will comprise a three-bed home and a pair of two-bed homes, will begin later this year.
Among the 11 already completed there are four shared-ownership houses, with the first homeowners expected to move in over the next few weeks.
Gordon Bambridge, Breckland Council executive member for growth, said: 'Not only are the housing needs of local people being met but the businesses in Mileham and the surrounding area will benefit from welcoming new customers on their doorsteps.'
