There are dozens of artists and crafters working away in studios across the county producing original and eye-catching work.
But finding a regular retail outlet for their creativity is not always easy.
A new art and craft gallery in Dereham has opened which provides exhibition space to an incredible 90 artists in the town and surrounding area, which they say makes it one of the biggest in the county.
Norski Noo's gives talented artists space to get their work seen and sold, both originals and on commission, and ensures the public is spoilt for choice with objects from all mediums and styles for sale.
Gallery owner Andy Sullivan has also teamed up with Paul Sheffield who is now operating his restoration and picture framing business from the same premises off Cowper Road.
'It was the final cog in the wheel,' said Mr Sullivan. 'When Paul decided to close Runners in the High Street we asked him to come along and be part of this. It means we can offer the whole package.'
Mr Sheffield can frame anything, from a haul of medals (he has framed all Commonwealth shooter Mick Gault's medals) to commissioned artwork or prints. And he can turn it around in just seven days from order.
The layout of the building means artists can take a room for themselves for a small exhibition or set up stall next to similar crafts.
Jeweller Frances Bunyan and fairy maker Hayley Edmonson enjoy exhibiting together. 'It is interesting the ideas people come in with,' said Ms Bunyan. 'Someone wanted a bracelet made out of their horse's hair which was challenging and it was completely unique so I am looking to do more of those. I usually work with metal and stones.'
James Ridlington has been an entertainer for most of his career but now wants to focus on art full time.
'I've sold five original pieces since coming here and many prints,' he said. 'If someone brings me a photo of an animal I can paint it in any setting they want.'
Mr Sullivan said the commissioning of an artwork was proving popular as customers could see all the variety of work on display and choose whichever artist's style they preferred.
He is also planning to offer display space to schools.
