A presentation was held at a school in King's Lynn to celebrate achievements in the Duke of Edinburgh awards.
The event at Springwood High School on July 20 was held for the four high schools of West Norfolk Academies Trust and was attended by students, families, staff and governors.
Marshland High School, Smithdon High School, Springwood High school and St Clements High all achieved awards.
Phil Brown, director of central region D of E attended the event along with operations officer Georgina Brigden. They presented over 70 awards and Mr Brown gave a speech about the importance of striving to achieve.
A D of E Award recognises the completion of a range of activities as well as a young person's development. It is a known across the country nationally and encourages qualities in young people that many employers and universities look for.
