Full line up announced today of chefs in the cookery theatre
Two 'would-be chefs' from Arnolds Keys who are putting their culinary skills to the test at the Aylsham Show are to be joined by the chairman of Norfolk Food & Drink.
Sarah de Chair will be aiding Tom Corfield, agricultural associate, Arnolds Keys and Polly Guy, winner of Come Dine with Me, will be helping Martyn Baum, group residential manager, Arnolds Keys, in the Ready, Steady, Cook-style battle in the cookery theatre on Bank Holiday Monday, August 28.
Some of the county's top chefs will be demonstrating making everything from steamed puddings to chicken satay and Asian crabcakes using locally sourced ingredients. The full line up in the cookery theatre marquee, sponsored by Arnolds Keys, is:
10.15am - Johnny Payne and Jason Gibbons, Coxford's butchers, Aylsham
11am - Kate Lyons from pudd'Eng, Brampton
11.45am - Steve Thorpe and James Phillippo, Norwich City College
12.30 - Simon Hunter Marsh, the Grove, Cromer and Rai Bukulu from spice specialists A de Piff
1.15pm - Ready, Steady, Cook style challenge
2.15pm - Jeremy Parke, Season, Wells-on-the Sea
3pm - Mark Sayers, Saracen's Head, Wolterton
3.45pm - Sarah Pettegree, Bray's Cottage Pork Pies, Holt
