Have you lost a pet parakeet in Norwich?
Phil Wade spotted the bird at his home near Waterloo Road at about 3.45pm on Sunday afternoon.
He said it could either be a feral rose-ringed parakeet, the UK's most common naturalised parrot - or a missing pet.
The rose-ringed parakeet is a well-known resident of the greater London area and wider south-east England.
Despite their tropical origin, they are able to cope with the cold British winters.
