A group of volunteers were helping rail commuters beat the Monday blues by offering free tea bags.
As part of the Brew Monday campaign, King's Lynn Samaritans were offering beverages to the public in the town's railway station on Blue Monday (January 15), dubbed 'the most difficult day of the year'.
Director Jill Sale said the campaign aims to raise awareness of depression and suicide, and to encourage people to talk to one another over a cup of tea.
She added: 'It's the day when people realise they haven't kept up with their New Year resolutions and the credit card bills start arriving after Christmas.
'The campaign is just about having a cuppa and to sit down with a friend and talk.'
King's Lynn Samaritans celebrate their 50th anniversary this year and are planning a charity bike ride in Sandringham in May. For more information about Brew Monday and Samaritans, visit www.samaritans.org.
