A car and a van have crashed on the A1067 Fakenham Road.
The crash occurred at the junction of the B1145 Billingford Road in Foxley, near Bawdeswell.
Emergency services were called just after 8am.
Traffic was moving very slowly through the area as vehicles were being allowed through in turns, however, the congestion has now cleared.
