People with disabilities will have the chance to try out a range of specially-adapted bikes in Norwich on Friday,
The bikes will go on display at Norfolk's largest adult disability multi-sport festival, being held at the University of East Anglia's Sportspark.
They have been designed to meet the needs of cyclists with a range of disabilities, and will be available for clubs across Norfolk to use.
Funding for the bikes has been provided through a Department for Transport project which promotes cycling in Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
The festival, sponsored by the SLM Group and now in its 8th year, will also give people the chance to try a variety of sports, and find information about different clubs across the county.
The bikes that will be unveiled were designed to meet the needs of disabled adults and enable them to enjoy the freedom of cycling.
This includes bikes that can be cycled using hands, some with wheelchair attachments at the front of the bike, double seater bikes so two people can share the load, as well as tandem and other adapted bikes. The event takes place on Friday, May 18 from 10am to 2.30pm.
