Staff have been praised at Pleasurewood Hills after a number of customers got stuck on one of its 'thrill rides' on Bank Holiday Monday.
Riders were reportedly stuck on the Wipeout ride for a period of time before teams were able to get the rollercoaster moving.
James Desira, who was visiting the Lowestoft theme park, said: 'The ride came to a standstill and took about two minutes for staff to react.
'Once additional help came they were quick to get to all the riders and keep things calm until the ride was manually released and the cars came to rest at the bottom.
'Staff looked to do a great job and there was no panic.'
When questioned about the incident, Pleasurewood Hills confirmed the ride was stuck for a short time and staff followed procedures to resolve the issue.
Wipeout, which is described as the region's largest rollercoaster, reaches speeds of 50mph and sends riders through loops travelling forwards and backwards. It is the last remaining Vekoma Boomerang in the UK.
