Blind runners will be joining thousands of other participants for Run Norwich 2018.

The runners are raising money for The Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind (NNAB).

The NNAB is a charity which helps, supports and assists people affected by sight loss.

And Wrightway Health is teaming up with the charity and sponsoring the t-shirts for the four runners Ed Bates, Mark Smith, Scott Valance and Michael Wordingham.

The occupational health provider will also be sponsoring the tops for their guides and two reserves.

Mr Bates has set up an online fundraising page for the run, at uk.virginmoneygiving.com/EdwardBates1

Money raised will go to NNAB, which does not receive state funding, and will be used to run residential homes, supported living flats, and an activity centre.

It will also mean the charity can continue to send volunteers to eye clincis to support those diagnosed with sight loss, and continue sports and leisure programmes.
