A person has died after being hit by a train on the Norwich to London line.
Emergency services were called to the incident at Needham Market, near Gypsy Lane, at 10.50am to reports that someone had jumped in front of a train.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: 'Sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
'Officers are now working to identify the person and inform their family. This incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.'
A number of trains were cancelled following the incident but Greater Anglia has said all lines were reopened at 4.30pm.
