Daniel Farke referenced a French footballing legend and one of Europe's finest club sides to underline the degree of difficulty in picking his best Norwich City line up.
Farke may have some key players missing through injury but still faces a number of thorny selection issues for Wednesday's Championship trip to Derby County.
The Canaries' head coach has named the same XI for the past three league tussles yet hinted at Colney the time may have come for a change as he looks to extend a seven-match unbeaten run in the midst of a gruelling spell.
'It is always a question when you have a lot of load whether you stick with the lads, so as not to break the rhythm, or bring in fresher players,' said Farke.
'In the early part of this spell I felt after the first international break you could do three games in a week with the same players.
'Now we are into the third week of the same type of schedule you must be more careful.
'The break this week from Saturday to Wednesday is not too bad; it is maybe the Stoke game when we have to really think about this.
'I am tempted to rotate for Derby though.

'We have good opportunities. Mario Vrancic has been crucial the last few games. Tom Trybull, one of the toughest calls.
'He is always involved in the squad but not to start is unbelievably tough because he is training on an outstanding level and you think watching him train he must play for Barcelona.
'But we have Alex Tettey, and if you judge him he is outstanding and looking like he can be a threat near the opponents' box. He is like a Claude Makelele at present, maybe even better.'
