Norwich will help keep the world in balance this month when it takes part in a global Mexican wave.

The world record attempt, taking place on September 29, is called a 'Mexican wave of balancing the world heart to heart'.

It will start from New Zealand, go through Australia, the USA, and between 11am and 1pm in Norwich Wellbeing Centre.

The International Kinesiology College is organising the free to attend Touch for Health kinesiology event, and intends to establish a Guinness World Record for the number of countries participating in a 24-hour worldwide energy balance.

Rita Rozsas, of Kinesiology for Sports said: 'All participants will benefit from getting a kinesiology mini balance, and their participation will help to create a wave of positive energy that will travel around the earth.'
