It's a case of On The Snowball, City...
A picture, posted on the official Twitter feed of the British Embassy in Oslo, got Norwich City supporters talking.
The snowy scene showed a dog called Hudson gazing up at a snowman which was proudly sporting a Norwich City scarf. The tweet included the hashtag #canarysnowman.
And the explanation? Richard Wood, the British Ambassador to Norway (and owner of Hudson) is a Norwich City fan.
He grew up in Gorleston, attending Lynn Grove High School and East Norfolk Sixth Form College.
He went on to study European politics and languages at Leeds Polytechnic, which led to a job at the German Parliament, before the Foreign Office came calling 27 years ago.
Since then. he has worked at British Embassies in South Africa, the United States, Iraq and the United Nations.
Mr Wood was appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway in August last year.
He said he doesn't make it back to Norfolk that often, but it has become easier, over the years, to follow the Canaries from afar.
And he said: 'Luckily there's a local NCFC supporters club - the Scandinavian Canaries, who gave me the scarf in the picture. We're looking to come back and join a half-time Global Canaries parade!'
