The family of a police officer who died of a brain tumour will take part in a 135 mile cycle ride in his memory.
20 friends and relatives of Steve Holbrook will complete the gruelling ride, finishing on Cromer beach on July 7.
Mr Holbrook, from Great Paxton, Cambridgeshire, was a Bedfordshire police officer.
He was 37 when he died in 2016, just 21 months after being diagnosed with the tumour, leaving his wife and two young children.
His brother, Adam Holbrook, 37, organised the ride from Maulden to Cromer to raise money for the Brain Tumour Research charity.
He said: 'I hope the cycle raises awareness of this awful disease and keeps Steve's memory alive.'
Steve's friend James Slack, 39, said: 'I'm feeling nervously excited and it will be a privilege to take part.'
Michael Thewall, head of fundraising at Brain Tumour Research, said: 'We are extremely grateful and we wish them the best of luck in completing the challenge.'
