Two police officers were assaulted in separate incidents in north Norfolk on Friday night.
An 18-year-old man, described by police as 'intoxicated', was arrested for a section four public order offence in Great Ryburgh just before midnight on Friday, April 26, after threatening violence.
He then assaulted an officer involved in his arrest.
Sergeant Andy Mason, from North Norfolk Police, said: 'That officer has provided a statement and they were taken to King's Lynn custody and we'll be looking to charge them relating to that.'
And in a separate incident, a 14-year-old girl returned to an address in north Norfolk assaulted a volunteer officer from the Norfolk special constabulary at 1am, on Saturday, April 27.
Sgt Mason added: 'She was taken to Aylsham custody and again dealt with accordingly.
'I spoke to both officers and they were fine to continue working.
'It's good to highlight that it's unacceptable, no matter what age or sex you are.'
