Cubs and beavers slipped off to sleep as sharks, rays, and turtles swirled above them.
Some 32 marine adventurers aged six to ten from North Yarmouth Scout Group and 1st Great Yarmouth Scout Group spent the night at Great Yarmouth Sealife centre.
The evening started with an educational talk, and a chance to touch a starfish and a crab followed by a tour of the various exhibits in the centre.
After some supper the young people made a porthole picture, a paper roll octopus and had time in the soft play area.
Everyone then snuggled down in their sleeping bags under the sea.
A spokesman said: 'A great time was had by all. A big thank you to the Sealife Centre staff for looking after us so well and allowing the children access to an unforgettable experience.'
Three years ago the slumber party location was the setting for an unusual marriage proposal.
