Group Football Editor Paddy Davitt has posted his marks following the Canaries’ battling 2-1 Premier League loss at Tottenham.
Here is Paddy's verdict on Daniel Farke's men, who deserved so much more than another frustrating awayday.
- Tim Krul
Distribution off the floor was unusually wayward. No chance with Tottenham's deflected winner 6
- Max Aarons
Full of energy and attacking intent. Underlined by his burst into the box to earn Norwich a second half penalty. Fine shift. 7
- Christoph Zimmermann
Movement of Dele Alli too hot for first goal. Terribly unfortunate to get a massive deflection on the match-winner. Tough night. 6
- Grant Hanley (C)
One key near post block just before Tottenham opened the scoring. Another consistent outing. 6
- Sam Byram
Grew into the game. Set up Teemu Pukki for a decent first half chance. 6
- Alex Tettey
Vital goalline headed clearance from Lucas Moura. Couple of shaky moments in possession but stuck to his task. 6
- Kenny McLean
That deeper role and a team less inclined to press allowed him to showcase his range of passing. Looks comfortable in that part of the pitch. 7
- Lukas Rupp
Solid full debut. Had two sighters he perhaps should have got on target. Able support defensively in front of Max Aarons. 6
- Ondrej Duda
Threaded the pass for Aarons to earn the spot kick. A nearly performance in terms of his creative potential. 6
- Todd Cantwell
Costly turnover for the first Tottenham goal. Shame after a decent opening period when he teed up Pukki for a big chance and unleashed a swerving shot that just cleared Hugo Lloris' bar. Had to walk a disciplinary tightrope after yellow card. 6
- Teemu Pukki
Second consecutive game he has had to wait an eternity before slotting the penalty. Should have had more to add to his growing collection. Radar not sharp enough in open play. 7
