Police in Great Yarmouth are appealing for witnesses following a crash at the Fullers Hill roundabout which saw a motorcyclist suffer injuries.
The crash happened just before 12.20pm on Wednesday between a red Ford Ka and motorcycle on the Fullers Hill roundabout.
The male rider of the motorcycle, who was 17, was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston with head and arm injuries.
At time his injuries were described as a suspected broken arm and head injuries.
The incident led to an air ambulance being called out and it is reported to have landed on the Acle New Road dual carriageway.
The crash is being investigated by PC Josef Konieczny.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the incident, should contact PC Konieczny at Great Yarmouth Police Station on 101.
