A man has been imprisoned pending deportation after being arrested for drink driving in Gorleston.
Renatas Budrys, 39, was arrested on Upper Cliff Road on May 6 and originally gave false details by the road side.
But after being fingerprinted Budrys true identity was uncovered and it transpired that the Lithuanian was already disqualified from driving.
Budrys was charged with drink driving, driving without insurance and obstructing a constable.
He was also banned from driving for six years, however his deportation order will come into effect after 24 weeks in prison.
