A woman was assaulted in St Stephen's Street car park by a man who slapped her and pushed her to the ground before fleeing in a car.
NORWICH: A woman was assaulted in St Stephen's Street car park by a man who slapped her and pushed her to the ground just before 4pm on Friday.
The offender, who drove off in a green vehicle after the attack on the woman in her early 20s, was described as black, in his early 30s with a moustache and shaven hair. He was about 5ft 9ins, of medium build and wore a dark brown jacket and stonewashed jeans.
A 31-year-old man was arrested on Monday in connection with this incident and is being questioned at Bethel Street Police Station.
