Curated from the EDP archive, the exhibition takes you on a journey through the real fashions worn over six decades from wartime Britain in the age of grunge.
1. Keeping in touch on the Cellnet network in 1994.
2. Aldeby apple grower's factory. Another out-of-season activity had just been started by the company. An experienced worker can put a Christmas cracker together in about five second - 1949.
3. That first day at school is always special and even more so when it's the first day of the school too. Fast expanding King's Lynn saw several schools built to cater for the increased population. The new Fairstead Junior Mixed Infants School about to welcome its first pupils in September 1968. For four year old Charles O'Hara (left, with his mum) it was his first day at school and for Christopher (six) and Oliver Khoo (five), it was a switch from Howard School. Dated September 1968.

5. 4th October 1982 a fashion Show took place at St Andrews Hall in Norwich.
6. Taken on the 23rd of April, 1971 is a deputation of students and a lecturer, Mr Jeremy fox, preparing to hand in at Earlham Hall a petition signed by more than 1000 students and members of the faculty.
The 'What We Wore' exhibiton is open daily between the 9th-17th of March at The Forum, Norwich.
