When it comes to shoddy service I have zero tolerance, and I'm quick to complain when things go wrong.
The big companies and organisations are often the worst offenders, and you can't get much bigger than the NHS.
Decades of political meddling have done more harm than good, but against all the odds there are a few shining examples of excellence, and Cromer hospital is one. It may seem strange, but they have no resident doctors, and the care is nurse led. Nevertheless the treatments they offer, are carried out to the very highest standards, and the patient always comes first.
Any hospital visit is unlikely to be a pleasurable experience, but the staff at Cromer hospital go out of their way to make it as painless as possible, and I have nothing but praise for their dedication to top quality patient care.
