A historic Fakenham building which caught fire four years ago is set to re-open in two weeks time.
The Aldiss building, which houses The Original Factory Shop, has been closed since the devastating blaze occured but will now re-open with a brand new look.
The Original Factory Shop had relocated to a smaller venue following the fire but will now move back home, which will be celebrated with a grand re-opening which begins at 8:30am on Saturday August 4.
Venetia Lake is the store manager of The Original Factory Shop's Fakenham branch and said: 'There was never a question about The Original Factory Shop returning to Aldiss. It's a piece of Fakenham's history and something we are extremely proud and humbled to be a part of.
'We want this store launch to help everyone celebrate the dawning of this new era for Aldiss and while the people will never forget what happened four years ago, we can hopefully help them make and create memories in new surroundings.'
The re-opening party includes music from the Fakenham town band, a birds of prey display and delicious cakes supplied by local cake maker Sally Scott.
In attendance will be the mayor of Fakenham George Archeson, Tim Aldiss and representatives from the Department of Work and Pensions, Norfolk Police and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Services, some of whom remember attending to the original fire and its victims.
Jamie Francis, fire crew manager, is looking forward to seeing the building brought back to its former glory.
He said: 'I know the teams at Aldiss and The Original Factory Shop have done a lot to make sure this new launch celebrates local businesses and the good people of Fakenham, who have all played an integral part in bring the community and the Aldiss building itself back together.'
Since the fire, the building has been under construction with crews working to restore as much of the establishment as possible.
Fundraising has also taken place for the victims who lost their homes in the blaze and now the people of Fakenham are set to come together to celebrate the re-opening of this historic high street building.
