A former Dairy Crest depot in Norwich could make way for more than 20 new homes, if new plans get the go-ahead.
Orbit Housing Group has lodged an application with Norwich City Council to transform the site at Holmes Close, off Plumstead Road East.
The housing association wants to convert the former depot and a nearby city council garage site into the new homes.
The proposal is for nine two-bedroom flats, nine one-bedroom flats, one five-bedroom house, three two-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom houses.
The application is also for associated car parking.
