Landlords in Norfolk are being invited to the National Federation of Residential Landlords' conference in June.

Tickets are now on sale for the two-day event for landlords and anyone considering becoming a landlord.

The National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL) is a not-for-profit organisation representing good residential landlords throughout the UK.

The federation actively seeks to achieve and maintain quality accommodation for rent and high standards of management in the private rented sector, while protecting and furthering landlords' interests at both local and national level.

The NFRL also offers landlords convenient access to a range of information, advice, services and support, which they might have difficulty finding elsewhere.

The event will take place at the Ramada Hotel and Resort, Birmingham, at Sutton Coldfield on Thursday, June 28 and Friday June 29.

The conference includes discussions, presentations and various workshops and exhibits. There are also ample networking opportunities.

The format of the event has been changed to improve the conference.

This year, it will be over two full days with arrival/registration, workshops and conference dinner on Thursday, and the main conference on Friday.

Topical issues will be discussed. At the moment, these look likely to include the implications of the Housing Act, energy efficiency and the role and function of LACORS (Local Authorities Co-ordinators of Regulatory Services).
