There is always a lot going on in south Norfolk. Here are just a few ideas of what to do and where to go this weekend.

1. There will be a family adventure day in support of charity Finnbar's Force at Eaton Vale Activity Centre on Sunday 11am-4pm, in memory of Finnbar Cork of Hethersett.

2. Wymondham's Vintage Day takes place on Sunday 10am-4pm with classic cars, bands, tea dance, cake off, mystery trail and more. Starts at the Market Cross.

3. Fairytale-themed floats will fill the roads of Pulham Market before a celebration on the village green. The carnival parade on Saturday starts at 1.30pm.

4. Harleston will host Heritage Open Days events at the museum and Swan Hotel on Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm, looking at the town's industrial past.

5. Diss's Corn Hall, Tudor House, Designer Makers 21 and other sites around the town will be open throughout the weekend as part of Heritage Open Days celebrations.

6. Diss and District Athletics club will have a free open day and fundraiser on Saturday 11am-3pm at Diss Sports Ground featuring an inflatable obstacle course.

7. Vintage cars, music, a heritage trail, displays and family films will be at Queen's Square and other spots in Attleborough on Sunday, as part of Heritage Open Days.

8. Remote-controlled cars will be racing on Monday from 6pm at Attleborough Snooker Club, in an event run by Wheelie Fun RC Racing, it costs £3.50 for two hours.

9. Attleborough's new archive centre will be opened on Saturday at 10am behind Queen's Square, opening up a wealth of information about the town's rich history.

10. There will be a clay shooting day at Oakley Park in Hoxne on Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Beginners and experts can register for the fundraising event on the day.

11. Alan Huckle's musical play The Pedlar Of Swaffham, based on a folk-tale, will be performed at Wymondham Central Hall on Saturday 2.30pm. Tickets are £8.
