Located in the picturesque Georgian town of Holt, Byfords, a B&B, cafe and store all rolled into one, is well-known for its tasty treats and is a great place to stop off for a spot of brunch. This popular spot is often mistaken as an average greasy spoon, but in fact offers much more than initially meets the eye. A busy place, with efficient service and a good selection of food, with breakfast/brunch being served until 11.45am. Mr D's Diner, A11 Southbound Attleborough

If you're wanting to go all-out for brunch and stuff yourself silly, Mr D's is the place to go. A small, quirky diner located on the A11 just outside Attleborough, this 1950s American style eatery boasts an amazing array of dishes, including breakfast burritos loaded with scrambled egg, cheese and bacon, a toasted brioche bun filled with vegetarian burger, vegetarian sausage, hash browns and cheese with tomato, as well as waffles and pancake stacks which can be topped with your choice of white chocolate buttons, blueberries, bacon, strawberries and banana.

Folly is such a dreamy place that upon first arrival you may be left wondering whether you're still asleep! Offering a slightly more limited selection of brunch foods, Folly uses a range of locally sourced ingredients to create delicate dishes that are a little different, such as The Full Folly - a meal containing toast, a warm croissant, locally cured ham and salamis, cheeses, a fresh fruit salad and yoghurt as well as tea, coffee or juice.
